We are from out of town and went inside to order. It wasn't busy (6ish in the evening) so we walked right up to order. We... didn't experience any of the rudeness that other people have referenced. Quite the contrary. The gal taking the order was veryfriendly and the gal making the drinks was equally friendly. We ordered 4 different drinks, had special requests and everyonewas very helpful and kind. Drinks were all acceptable and hot (or cold depending on order). The inside was clean. Not manybaked goods, but maybe they put those away in the evening. Overall a good experience. I'd go back. Read more

Staff was friendly. Saw my fur baby in the backseat and offered a pup cup! Coffee and breakfast sandwich were standard Starbucks... products I expect. Will return. Read more
After multiple stops to this Starbucks it has occurred to myself and my coworkers and others in the community that we do not... need to subject ourselves to this arrogant abuse. There is a level of pompous arrogance from a group of people who really couldcare less about the customer. Wow, have never met ruder people working at a Starbucks in my life, have never been charged for a splash of extra cream, and... have never been told that I can?t have the coffee drink I?ve been getting since 1980?s. Ludington Michigan Starbucks will notget my business again. Read more

I go to this Starbucks regularly and have always received fast and kind customer service. It?s one of my favorite places in... Ludington, not only for coffee, but to meet with friends or to sit to get some work done. Highly recommend. Read more
