They screwed up our first pizza and when they made 2nd pizza they left 4 slices with no toppings and had lettuce on pepperoni... pizza. When asked for a refund they refused nor wanted to correct pizza again. Our family was forced to leave without eatingwhat we purchased nor a refund. All good!! We ate in. They were swamped and still took good care of you. I'm not sure who the manager was - I think a lady and... she was great. Making sure all was done. I want to add - ALL the workers worked together in making sure the food got out rightand was good tasting. They were so swamped!!! We Were impressed but the employees and the manager. Moved to Ludington in May. Have had several visits to Mancinos in and out. Nothing we have ordered has been made without being... BURNED. My first calzone was burned and melted to the styrofoam plate it was put on. Have ordered different items since andstill burned or extremely overdone. Even my fries today were burned on the tips.
