It?s really too bad I love jimmy johns food because this establishment is the worst I?ve ever had to deal with in my life. Today... I tried to order for delivery and they told me ?delivery is down? I understand if you don?t have delivery drivers but I tried toput an order through with DoorDash and the lady told me that they couldn?t take DoorDash orders either. She never apologized andshe acted like I was bothering her. The customer service here is terrible. I expect more from someone in customer service. Was the only car in line, asked for tomatoes and cheese on my sandwich. Was told ?they already come on there? pretty rudely by... the cashier and then neither of my requested ingredients were on the sandwich. I thought they were already supposed to be onthere in the first place? Read more
