Had breakfast with a group of friends. Very popular with the locals & for good reason. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean & well... managed with great food & appropriate pricing. The wait line outside is a sign that it is worth the wait, not that the serviceis slow. They get you in ASAP even when busy. Read more
The skillet breakfast - eggs were not cooked and so much gravy it took 5-6 bites before I even found the eggs. Wife got an... omelette. She said it wasn?t bad but could have used half the mushrooms that were in it. The toast had so much butter that bothsides on every piece were soggy. Atmosphere was nice. Clean. Service was great. Thank you Brenda's for saving me, my friends and grandson from extreme hunger. We were treated so badly at 2 other restaurants... that morning and went to your establishment. Was seated immediately and upon sitting down, our waitress was asking what we wanted to drink and returned quickly, took our... order and we both got the skillet... large portions and the homemade gravy was very good!! Brenda?s cafe is a staple of downtown Ludington. Each time my fiancé and I visit we make a point to stop here for a meal. We... love the breakfast! The stuffed French toast is one of the best items on the menu! It is impressive to see Brenda running aroundand making sure everything runs swimmingly. Your coffee will always be hot and fresh here! Make sure to stop by if you?re hungry- if there?s a wait it?s totally worth it! Also, the bathrooms are very clean especially considering the high volume of trafficthe establishment serves. Read more
I've been to Brenda's just a couple of times now. But the food is always terrific. The waitstaff always take time for the... redundant things that my 3 yr old girl had to say. I've only been for breakfast, the omelets are wonderful, and you have to trythe Swedish burritos no matter how strange they sound. Read more
