We ordered online and the app said 19-24 minutes. I showed up to pick up the food 20 minutes later and still sat in the... restaurant for another 40 minutes waiting. I'm used to this Wingstop being fairly slow, so that wasn't a huge deal, but thenwhen I got home, they had forgotten half of my order. I went back and let them know and received an exasperated eyeroll and ahalf hearted apology and then waited another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. Nothing was done to try to make up for themistake besides sarcastic apologies and rude looks. When I finally got home, most of the food was already cool and I had toreheat it. After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to drive to place order. They young lady informed me that they do not answer the... phone and accept call in orders. Honestly this was the worst experience. I ordered online and when I arrived I found out they were out of fries. The cashier... seemed defeated and had attitude because we didn?t necessarily want corn or veggie sticks with our wings. We settled for cornand rolls just to find out their oven is broken. 35 dollars and I?m not even getting what I wanted not only that, there?s alobby of about 15 people and no organization in sight.
