got the #13 which is the chicken strip meal. they have forgotten my gravy the past 3 times when i specifically tell them not to.... shouldn?t have to open the box and check to see if they gave me everything i paid for. so ridiculous. will not be returned. Read more
I really do love whataburger. This particular one has gone down bad. Can't seem to get the food cooked. Same with the burgers I... order well because I have learned with this location(shouldn't have to) and they still come pink and way undercooked. Thismorning I had to cook my sausage that was on my bob. Nothing more frustrating than having to come home and cook the food thatyou picked up from a drive so you wouldn't have have to cook lol. I am glad they got new drive thru help. She was really nice.But come on whataburger on 4th do better cooks. Morning and night always with the undercooked food man you are going to makesomeone really sick! Undercooked pork is a NO NO. We frequent alot and we get undercooked/raw food way more than we should ????3 star is based on service alone she was nice a older Hispanic woman. I ordered extra gravy with my order and I checked I didn?t get any. When asked the girl in the window gave me an attitude and... this is their idea of ?extra? it was cold. So I went down the street to sonic and got HOT gravy instead. It?s always an issue atthis Whataburger when asking for extra. Read more
OmG 3/28/2022 5:43pm- 6:43pm I could not believe even though the lobby was clean they totally trashed my food with rotten... tomatoes, and racial offensive remarks. I could not believe a manager staff member said "the register was racist and that itonly works for white people" It was offensive towards my guest, myself. I will rethink ever eating here for a good longwhile. Went throught drive thru around 11 pm last night I order my husbands meal first and then ask for a large fry lady asked if I... wanted an drink and what kind. Get to the window and the boy who's obviously new hands me one drink I asked if I got charged forthe other drink and he said no. Went ahead and payed for my drink no problem.. then he's trying to figure out how to ring it upmeanwhile everyone else just stands there and stares doesn't help at all. He hands me the drink and as I'm putting it in mycupholder I hear a woman say at the window "you're giving me a headache" I turned and looked quick and she turned her ahead awayso fast and acted like she was talking to the boy and yelled for him to go away. it was a very very very pale young lady withjet black hair (she was also the one who took my order at the menu and didn't take the blame instead blamed the trainee).
