This was a good meal overall. The edges of the crust were a little over cooked for my liking but still very edible. The bulk of... the meal was properly cooked and very good. The guys behind the counter keep it pretty fun and a good atmosphere. A good quickmeal. Read more

I tried the make your own and did just a normal pepperoni and my partner did the white shroom pizza. Both were excellent. We did... door dash and it was delivered within 15 minutes and the pizzas were still super hot and fresh and the ingredients were fresh aswell. I'm going to crave this pizza, I wish it was in New Mexico! 10/10 would recommend. Read more

Just did a delivery from here and everyone was too busy standing around talking to notice the customer's pizza was burning. I... mean the bottom and crusts were completely black. Instead of remaking, or at least offering to, the girls are making jokes aboutit being crispy. Hopefully their pizzas are edible Read more

First time ordering from Urban Bricks. I ordered pepperoni and bacon and it was too greasy to eat. That's probably my fault... for choosing those toppings. I also ordered the cinnamon dessert. It was not eatable either. It was also greasy and rubbery. Over all very disappointed. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the online ordering process was easy and the pizza wasready on time. I do DoorDash and every order I had from here always smelled so good, so I decided to try it for dinner one night. I got the El... Fredo pasta and 6 boneless BBQ wings. The pasta good for the price of it. But the boneless wings were the worst I?ve had. Thebottoms were burnt from being over cooked and they didn?t even shake the wings in a bowl to cover them in sauce, they justdrizzled it over the wings. And the wings were heavily battered I couldn?t tell if I was eating bread or chicken. Read more

Great pizza and great prices. I'm lactose intolerant so I was thrilled they had Vegan cheese. I can finally eat pizza again! I... had the Brick pizza as a halfzie and the portion was perfect. The staff was nice and the place was clean. No complaints here! Read more

I came into the Lubbock Urban Bricks location (7610 Milwaukee Ave Ste 100, Lubbock, TX 79424) on 4/1/2022 around 6:30pm and... ordered a "whole white shroom pizza" with Italian sausage added. This is a standard menu pizza with 1 additional topping. When Ireceived the pizza, the dough, cheese, and toppings were undercooked because the person working the line put too much cheese andtoo many ingredients on it. I asked to speak to the manager to come to a resolution to get my pizza fixed and she was extremelyrude and unprofessional. After speaking to her and showing her my undercooked and inedible pizza, she was unwilling to correctmy order or remake me an edible pizza. At that point, I could tell that she was becoming agitated, and I asked for a refund. Sherudely told me that she was unwilling to refund me and could only offer a coupon. She then reached into a dirty glass and gaveme a ?free pizza coupon tab? that was covered in pizza grease. She told me that the pizza coupon was the ?best she could do? andshe was unwilling to have a further conversation regarding a refund or making me whole due to the inedible pizza that she servedme. This experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the rest of the staff being nice and hard-working, the poor quality ofthe pizza and extremely rude and unprofessional manager will deter me from visiting this location in the future. I urge theowners, Jason Burrellson, Andrew Forman, and Nannette Forman to take an active role in training management in customer relationsand training the staff making pizzas on the line. Please see the attached photos for pictures of the uncooked dough and cheese, two images of the grease-stained pizza tab coupon, and another picture of the entire pizza (minus the one slice I tried toinitially eat and threw away because it was undercooked).
