This is a superb, world-class restaurant. We had a delicious 3 course meal followed by a lovely dessert wine. Great menu, well... delivered with super advice from our server, Travis. Thank you West Table. Read more

We walked into a packed restaurant and one of the first things I noticed was that no one was eating. There wasn?t any food on... the tables. People had plenty to drink but nothing to eat. Our waiter arrived and never even asked us if we wanted anything todrink. We had to bring it up ourselves. My salad, though it was good, arrived before the appetizer. We had the goat cheesecroquettes which were delicious but not even a full bite. Then the long wait began. It was so bad that they brought us a freeappetizer because we had to wait so long. We waited well over on hour for our entrees to arrive. My duck which was supposed tobe seared tasted steamed at best and had absolutely no seasoning. I ate a little of the rice and that was it. The Alabama whitesauce on my son?s pork chops was nothing but horseradish and had to be scraped off. I am not sure what was going on in thekitchen but our entire experience was a disaster. I will not be going back. Read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had. Definitely not recommending this place. The food is bad along with the Manager.... So much for customer service or good food. Chicken was dry and over cooked when I brought it up to my server manager came to mytable rude and pleased with the garbage they served. Save your money people go away where else but here. The McDonald's hasbetter chicken and that alone says alot. Very unsatisfied. Read more

We came here tonight for our anniversary dinner. This place is a 10/10! The food was incredible. The service was amazing. Trevor... was our server and he did an awesome job. He started off by asking if we had any allergies which I appreciated so much, especially since I usually have to ask questions about a few of my allergies. So thoughtful! We splurged a bit and it was soooworth it. Got the beef bulgogi lettuce wraps to start and they were phenomenal. Then came the bone marrow next. It was soflavorful! I ordered the Tiger Steak (not sure of exact name) and it was served with fried rice and Thai salad. It was seasonedwith some sort of Thai flavors, and oh man...it melted in my mouth! So delicious. My husband ordered the pork chop dish withnoodles instead of what came with it as a suggestion from our server and he loved it as well. We finished off with some lavenderlemon black berry cake with buttermilk icing and it was yummy! We didn't have a bad thing here. In fact, everything wasincredible! Even the place itself felt so nice. Could not recommend enough. Your tastebuds won't be disappointed ???? Read more

One of the oddest experiences in dining we've had in a long time. Super neat space, modern but still cozy, ground floor of a... small hotel(?). Very interesting menu and the food ranges from pretty good to excellent. But the service... So I asked for ahigh-end beer which was brought to me in the bottle. No glass. I asked for the glass and it was brought to me full of ice. Iasked the waitress, do people usually put their beer over ice here in Lubbock? She said oh yes. Huh. Then we ordered a bottle ofred wine. I asked if it was chilled or the typical Texas red in summertime which is way too warm. She said it'll be warm and weasked if we could have an ice bucket. She disappeared for about 10 minutes. When she came back, she said, "We have a white winewith a very similar taste profile that is already chilled, would you like that one?" Uh, no, but thanks. I asked where our winewas and she said her manager was chilling it for us. I said that's not necessary and could take some time. If you just bring usan ice bucket it will be fine. She said no, company policy. Eventually the manager showed up, presented us the wine and asked usto feel the bottle. Yes, nicely chilled. 30 minutes after our arrival. He also explained it was company policy to chill thewines for the customers. So... nice ambiance, interesting menu, decent food, bizarre service. Read more

Wow! Cocktails good, caesar salad worked, Vietnamese seasoned steak was u n b e l i e v a ble!!!!! Great flavors? rich salty,... seasoned, great asian veggies and fried rice. Taste buds are loving this right now. The restaurant was busy on Tuesday night(tells you a lot!) so took a little bit of time to prepare. The waiter kept the wine flowing so all good. I think patience is avirtue. I envy the lucky residents of Lubbock. Will be back! Read more

We went out to eat here a few weeks ago for our anniversary--our first time dining in since the pandemic got bad. The food here... was incredible, and even with the new social distance layout we liked the atmosphere. We had attentive, friendly service andthey made sure cocktails, appetizers, and entrees were all just right. We really enjoyed the grilled quail and the Vietnamesestyle strip steak. Great cocktails too. We will not wait for the next special occasion to be back! Read more
