I'm sad to see all the negative reviews for this place because I had a wonderful experience. Had to be at the airport early at... 6am for a flight and the morning crew was an absolute pleasure. They greeted me with smiles and got my food to me quickly. Theywere laughing and having fun with everyone who came through, and both the food and coffee were hot even when I sat down at mygate. Surprisingly good coffee and the food was flavorful as well. What a pleasant experience! Read more

They?ve never heard of customer service and the food is mediocre at best. It would be better if they could do one of the above... well. Overall, terrible and you?ll get yelled it. Please do not eat here. Wait until you get to your destination outside of the Lubbock airport to eat instead. It was early... morning and the cook taking the orders was the rudest person I?ve ever met. No customer service at all. Sadly, the food wasdecent, but the way in which this lady barks for your order and her tone in doing so soured the whole experience. Not many options for food in the airport and I?m sorry that this is one of them. One gentleman at the counter was kind and... helpful. The experience was soured when the shorter angry woman came to the counter and yelled at us to go pay. I told her wewere still waiting on one more bagel. She yelled that it didn?t matter and that I should go pay and she would bring it out. Notsure why yelling at customers is ok but maybe it?s because there are no consequences when food options are so limited. Next timeit will be a hard pass. Food was average. Read more
