The girl who was at drive thru kept picking her nose and playing with her hair never reached for sanitizer or anything I only... purchased some of my drinks bcuz this being my first visit there she couldn't suggest what teas would be best then I ordered onehot one cold and I was handed two cold I told her no I needed one hot so I was asked to park in front and minutes later broughtout a hot tea we won't be going back I honestly think it was beyond rude and very unsanitary to pick your nose while taking anorder Read more

19th and Quaker location has really gone to the waste side. Kaylie is rude and hateful and blames all the errors on the ice. ... If you are interested in a $6 watered down, no flavor, nothing to do with "Energy"...this is your place. Read more

I ordered two drinks a laffy taffy and a tropical strawberry. They made a pink flamingo and a tropical strawberry. I still... ended up with the pink flamingo and laffy taffy that was not made right. I have never had a good experience from this locationfrom wrong orders to rude and unfriendly service. I wont go back to this one ever again. The one on 4th and Frankford is byfar the best one. The staff was absolutely awesome!! Their customer service was above and beyond on Saturday afternoon. The r.o.water they... provided enabled us to transport a pretty big fish to an aquarium. Thank you guys for stepping up when you didn't haveto. Tea2Go has 2 new customers! Read more

Went to get my kids an end of the week treat of Hot chocolates this past Friday before the went on their different trips. I was... horribly disappointed because it was more watery then any chocolate. My keurig made better hot chocolate then what was given. Read more

The first time I went... the sweetener was only on the bottom. We ordered 3 sweet teas. 2 were unsweet and 1 was sickly sweet... with the sugar all at the bottom. I decided to give them another go today. I called them to see if they offered sugar-freeoptions and was assured they had sugar-free options. I ordered sugar-free teas and was given unsweet not sugar-free. Customerservice was so so. I was super disappointed. They took over Pure Water which was SUPER superior. I don?t get the hype. Let me preface this with the staff are very nice. However, they are never prepared for their hot tea orders and seem to run... short on supplies at this location. They're good for cold teas but expect long waits for anything hot and the likelihood of themnot having ingredients for their hot drinks. That said when they do have everything, their dirty chai is delicious but if youtake out the espresso, they don't know how to mix it properly; I ended up with hot almond milk. This location is a hit or miss. When they first opened, it was the best Chai I had ever had, I think the owner made it. She... was very welcoming and informative about the products she was selling and seemed to be passionate about her job. All the othertimes I went it in the drinks were either okay or just flat out terrible. I have gone back hoping maybe it was just some timeneeded for adjustment as it was a new store. There is no consistency here. I have gone back time and time again, but not aftertoday. I went in to use my punch card for my free tea after 15 purchases and after I had ordered my drink and was ready to pay,they informed me that I couldn't use it on anything but loose leaf tea. I went ahead and payed for my $5.00 drink. The servicewas prompt and friendly. As she handed me my drink she informed me to be careful as it was extremely hot. After I stepped out Itook a sip and it was barely lukewarm. I had to rush back to work so I didn't have time to go back in. I told a friend and theyinsisted I take it back. I couldn't leave work again, but I called to inform them of my experience. They never gave me aforward answer, no apology, not even a remake or refund. All they said was ,"we will look into it." I worked at Whole Foodsfor a long time and we always strive to go above and beyond for our customers, here, I don't feel that. People work hard fortheir money.
