Is the worst I've ever had in Lubbock. Service is the worst, not friendly at all. Got my plate wrong. Took forever to just bring... menus, so same when it was time to bring food out. Everything, every where just so dirty. Never again will I be back. Read more
Well let's starts off with we should of stayed with the Mexican restaurant that had a 40 min wait for a table lol we decided to... try this place out since had no wait time and pretty good reviews. Before I get into detail my opinion is that this place foodisnt really great. The rice had hard parts the carne Guisada needed more flavor and my nachos were not good at all. Now i startmy story... Sadly we had a very bad turn of events. First we ordered our drinks and one of our guest forgot that they couldn'tdrink a certain thing so asked if could exchange it and was very apologetic. Our waiter made a face with attitude that I didn'tsee but 4 of my other guest did see. So that was the beginning. After she did that she didn't Come back for a good 10 min. Whenshe returned her attitude had changed. She was all smiles. We started ordering food and it wasn't the waitress fault but halfour stuff came to us incorrectly. My kids all wanted burgers and well this restaurant did not carry mustard no pickles.... Idon't understand that. So my kids agreed to a plain burger. So we told them plain no lettuce no tomato no nothing just cheese.My kids got vegetables and Mayo. Vegetables were shredded and chopped and stuck in cheese but was able to make my kids happy bytaking time removing it. Except the Mayo was soaked into the bread. She gladly replaced it. Next thing we all got our platesexcept one of our guest. His plate didn't arrive till maybe 15 minutes after ours. It was just a bad experience. Not to mentionsome drugged up dude passed out in front of the restaurant and cops were there. I would of gave them 0 stars but they gave us adiscount since so many things went wrong, I gave them 1 star. There's still more to my story but I will just leave it at that. I went to try this place a week ago today, and had a awful experience! & i’m not one to write a review! But very sad that i... had to wait in the drive through for a hour after i placed my order and paid! A hour later a red pickup pulls in fast, and thenopens the drive through window and said i’m sorry what are you waiting on and I gave him my receipt and he said I apologize wejust had two girls walk out on us. I said it’s fine, do you happen to know if my order is ready? He went and looked and theyhadn’t even entered it. He said they can refund me or I can wait. I told him i’d like a refund! He refunds me and gives methe receipt! I told him i am so disappointed, this was my first time to try this place and I was let down! Today I looked at mybank account and I have yet gotten refunded from last saturday! I’ve called and the line says user is busy, i’ve called themseveral times and no responses!! So sad !! I literally drove down the street to raider burrito and placed my order, i figuredi’d have to wait awhile but no it literally took 5 minutes and were the best tacos! I just wish i could’ve had a betterexperience with this place! ???? Read more

The only reason I gave a 3 star was for the food, but our waitress(a hispanic young lady) was rude, attitude, and couldn't even... finish my meal, I was so upset. Poor servers make food experiences poor. If you get her as a waitress ask for another. If youdon't like your job, change jobs. Andbwe were courteous, kind, smiled and tried getting at least a somewhat nice attitude fromher. Didn't happen. Made my dinner and first time there expensive horrible. Read more
