Well I usually get great service at this particular establishment. I'm mot one to complain. Yes, here it comes. But....when i... orderd my food I had orderd a bean burrito and two beef and bean tacos. Well I only got one of the tacos. I looked at my receiptto see if inwas charged. Thats a negative so I had to get back in line and order yhe same thing. Well my order was ready and Igrab it go. When I got home it was not the same thing that I orderd. Instead I was given a combo burrito. Burrito and tacos twocompletely differnt tyoes of food. Regardless I ate them. Inwas hungry and didnt want to have to walk two blocks and talk to amanager. I was too hungry to even care at that moment in time. Needless to saythe food was good. Expensive but good Maybe nexttime the cashier can get my order right. Or maybe i need to speak alot LOUDER THAN NORMAL. Only reason why I gave them. 3 stars. Read more

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I have had some pretty bad experiences at this location.... First, the burritos I ordered were $0.50 more than the listed price online. I got two so I paid more than a dollar more (withtax) than I planned to spend when I studied the menu before coming. Next, I was trying to redeem my birthday reward. The persontaking my order first told me that they don't have apple burritos right now. Then he said he would get it straightened out atthe window. I thought he was just confused and thought they didn't sell them during breakfast time. I checked the online menuagain to confirm that it was listed on the menu for breakfast and not just for lunch. Well, at the window, the employee pressesthe button to redeem my birthday reward and then proceeded to tell me that they don't sell apple burritos anymore. He told me Icould have an apple empanada or cinnamon sticks or something. At that point, he asked me if that's okay. I said, "Well, youdidn't leave me any choice. You already redeemed it." They need to fix their online menu to reflect their current menu andprices. If I had known ahead of time that I could not get the dessert I intended to get, I would have saved the reward and givenit to somebody who would want it like a friend or family member. Then, they had me pull up and wait for my order, presumably sothat they could fry the empanada that I didn't even want. When I received my order, the two burritos were only lukewarm and thehash browns were completely cold, stale, and obviously not fresh. I told the employee that they were "sh*t" and obviously notfresh. He just muttered something like "okay, sir" or something and then walked back inside. Were traveling back home from Midland and stopped to get a bite to eat. The food was really good and they gave my husband and I... enough to fill us up. However, when I went to the restroom it was awful. The smell of raw sewer hit me in the face. As soon as Iopened the door. My husband warned me before I went, because he said the men's was just like that to. Although I went in therestroom anyway I couldn't use it. The toilet seat was not sanitary at all to sit on. Two tacos and a burrito, as good as expected, just like every other time I stop by. Always friendly staff, no matter who greets... me at the counter. Always thanked and invited back as I am leaving. This one is usually cleaner than any others I go to intown. The only bad thing this trip was that there was no ice in the drink station, but they got me ice right quick. Everything was great accept the bathroom. Smelled so bad I thought I would faint. Food was really great.
