Went through drive through after 11 pm for deluxe cravings box sub black bean get home it's all beef go back to get it fixed and... they're closed before 12 when they are supposed to close at 1 didn't give me a receipt I repeated sub black bean 2 times askedat the window to make sure she said yes and it was wrong. Couldn't even call another location because the phone number is thesame for every location went to 4th and q and they were out of black beans couldn't even call and ask because no one answered Iwill be back I'm the morning back they better give it to me it was there fault I didn't get receipt will bring entire meal also Read more
Employees don't listen and screw up the orders. Then the excuse is that they are training new workers "so you know how that can... be". They do not own up to their mistakes but instead laugh about it Read more
Just left after being told it was 11:32pm... and they're not taking any more orders. After sitting in line for 5 minutes.... Absolutely ridiculous. Sorry but I see lazy staff. Open till Midnight... I guess not. False advertising. Always something. Getbetter workers. Read more
I had an ok experience. The tacos were crispy but the meat was served warm, not hot. The tacos were somewhat soggy. The staff... was not too friendly. We felt rushed because it was close to closing time, I suppose. My spouse loves Taco Bell and he likesgoing there. Read more
Hours are posted on restaurant- closing time midnight. Arrive at 11:49 pm, I am told that they already took their last order for... the night and won?t help anymore customers. Visit another Taco Bell 10 minutes away on 1900 block of 50th st and they verygladly took my order at 11:59 pm despite closing at midnight as well. If they stop taking orders before closing time at the TacoBell on the 4900 block of 50th st, they should have that posted. Read more
Had a late night stop there for a burrito. Clean restaurant and night worker a very good guy. Watched a young man come in and... order when his cards denied twice. The store worker didn't embarrass him, instead he never looked away and as quiet as he couldlet the young man know and allowed his order anyway then picked up himself the difference of what the young man did not have.Great place and even greater staff. Makes you wonder what Taco Bell pays their workers during these expensive times.. I know theworker probably could have used that small difference he made for that young man, for himself. This is by far probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Lubbock!!!!! Everything that we ordered was crammed into the bag all of... the tacos that we got were all broken and soggy there was hardly any contents to any of the food that we ordered. Plus they alsowere kind enough to include a giant portion of the bag that something came in, 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. I love this TB location. The staff is always friendly and engaging. My food is always hot and fresh. It was sad to see the... speaker stand had been vandalized. But despite this work environment frustration, order taker kept a smile and repeated my itemsback to make sure I got all I needed. Way to go!!! Read more
