Sadly, I just had the worst experience at this subway. Food was good-ish but we said we had a coupon and were not informed that... this subway doesn't honor the coupon for certain subs (the coupon didn't say there were exclusions). The manager was rushing theemployee and us, so we were paying while our sandwiches were still being made and even though we had stated what we didn't wanton them, we weren't able to watch to ensure. Guess what? They were wrong and even though our purchase was suppose to come with afree cookie, we were told we couldn't have that either. Never again. Read more

Food was delicious but customer service was the worst. She was presentable but her attitude was rotten. I understand being short... staffed but that is not the customer's fault. I have done the job and I know a simple apology to us for a wait is all thatmatters. To those who don't accept the apology they will get over it Read more

I usually come to this location bc it's near where I live, but I WILL NOT be returning to this store at all! I ordered a chicken... bacon ranch sub but wanted to substitute the rotisserie chicken for the sliced chicken breast. The "manager" there charged meextra bc they "didn't have a button to substitute the chicken". On top of that both the "manager" and her coworker were rude andvery unprofessional. And when I asked for the GMs number they never returned to the drive thru window to give it to me. Superrude! Read more

I have never left a review any where before but the whole interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. I went Saturday... around 8pm to get dinner with my fiance as we had the BOGO foot long paper coupon that said it could be used for any foot longsub and the only restriction was it couldn't be used with other coupons. We walk in as the only man there is finishing checkingout a customer and so we are the only ones left in the store. We ordered a number 12 and a number 8. I asked for my number 12 tojust be made the way it comes, which he looks back and forth from the menu and then to making the sandwhich. puts turkey onthere and then ham aswell when it isnt supposed to come with ham, puts lettuce on halfway through realizes it was no lettuce butspinach instead (I'm not normally that person it's really the rude comment after that was the most infuriating) so he puts it ontop of the lettuce and puts the tiniest amount of avocado, asked to add on cucumber and banana pepper and when I asked for thosetwo things to be added the man looked at me and muttered a remark on how I sure have a big appetite. Took almost 35 minutes fortwo sandwhichs and I understand being short staffed and maybe he was new, but you don't comment on the amount of food peopleeat, period. Then at the end when I was checking out and handed him the coupon and he made a comment about getting all the extrastuff on my sub just so I could get one for free ( which niether of us asked for extras besides me getting two extra veggies, mysandwhich already came with avocado and bacon included in the price so nothing cost wise was added) then said we could not usethe coupon because it is not either of the sandwhichs on the picture on the coupon. But the coupon said ANY foot long was BOGOEqual or lesser value, so whichever one should have been cheaper. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Never even came to the window to say we are short staffed please. Just left me there... sitting and waiting. Read more

The only man I have ever seen working there is awesome!! He is always by himself and busy. However he maintains his positive... attitude. They need to get him some help AND give this man a raise. He is the only reason this Subway is getting a five *rating. Thank you always making my sandwiches perfect, sir!! Shame on the owner/management, whoever leaves him there byhimself. I pulled up in the drive thru. The lady asked to help me and I told her one moment so I could look at the menu. She said she... will be back....and never came back. I reversed out of the drive thru and went in. Not a single person in line. I was not evenacknowledged when I walked in. They were trying to wrap up the one car in drive thru. It was clear the man and woman didn't workgreat together. Miscommunication between them. He had asked her several times what chips and didn't understand so I toldhim. Finally it was my turn and the guy tells me it is his second day. My sandwich gets burned in the toaster bc he opened ittoo early and then shut it and the timer started again. He had no idea what he was doing....but that isn't his fault. It's day2. The lady who appears to be managing at the moment literally went and sat down at a table working on something else and didnot help him until another 2 customers walked in. He was having to yell across the line to her to get instructions on how tomake a certain sandwich. I had to poont out what tray the steak goes in bc she wouldn't get up to help him. Terriblemanagement. My daughter who is 4 recognized her bad demeanor and said out loud she seems mean. If that gives you a sense of herfacial expressions. Terrible. This whole process took THIRTY minutes...for 1 kids sandwich, 1 six in sandwich, and onewrap...with noone in front of me. Read more
