In town this morning on business. Looked on line for closed Subway to the Overton hotel that was open. Google took me to this... location. It list hours open 6 am. I got there at 8:30 to be rudely told by the lady that was chatting with another employee ?Weare not open? turned back around and continued to talk. I had to ask three times what time do they open before she again rudelysaid 9 am. The DM should look into this location. Bad bad customer services. No body service i see the lady walking relax in the store and she dont care sale in your area. Im ... sit down around 4 hours and she never take one order 3 peoples coming today morning and she dont care. The peoples get out withno food no service. Their service was awful and they were very rude and disrespectful for no reason. Charged us wrong and got our toppings wrong... when we said it loud and clear. For being adults they were very rude to our softball team. They need more manners and patientsfor people especially people that aren?t from here.
