I really wanted to like everything but it was a complete mess. Placed my order at 6:15 and went there to pick it up at 6:55... wasn't even made, which usually I wouldn't be upset but they were pretty slow! my sandwich was made wrong (Italian BMT) they putturkey instead of ham?? but the cookies were yummy! They seem to be out of products everytime I've gone in the last 2 weeks 1 night we went they had no meat other than chicken and... steak and very few bread options we had to say HELLO to let the make and female know we were there because they were in the backbehind the prep wall. I honestly think they were just trying to clean up early to leave right away. I think the girl wasIsabella. Then I went on Monday 10/10 and they were out of all bread except white and wheat it took a long time in line I thinkthe male was new but again Isabella was there she told me there was a shortage of products and that's why they didn't have theingredients for the subs on 10/10. The menu is near completely different than it use to be and prices have increased about 2+dollars per sub. Read more

Only one there, stood 10 mins without being acknowledged while employees were yapping. Went to Firehouse and got taken care of... immediately. Skip this place. Read more

Just went in to eat but the 2 boys were to busy goofing off with the girl. I guess that is more important than the customers

Tonight was apparently the night for sandwiches and these girls seemed so stressed out. They were amazing and the food was... good, but there was a line, online orders were missing and the phone was going unanswered. They could definitely use morehelp. Read more

Update 7/12/2022: extremely disappointed on this visit to the 98th and Quaker location. 3 young men working and either all 3... were all new or 2 out if the 3 were new. Which is fine but they needed to have an experienced person with them. I always orderthe steak and cheese double meat and he said he could not add double meat. I asked why and he said there was already a lot onit. I said I always get double meat. The next 2 sandwiches were the sub club double meat and the meat on there was barely whatis put on a regular. My husband said just a strip of mustard and strip of mayo and they drowned it in both. Our 4th sandwichwas just a ham and cheese and there were 2 slices of ham on it. Plus they just finished cutting each bread and the one guytells the other guy to ring us up. Instead of waiting until the sandwiches are close to being done. Not sure what happened tothe 3 ladies that were there on the other 2 occasions but they need to find them and give them a raise to stay because these 3young men are going to lose them business. Original review. This is the only Subway location (98th and Slide) that we will goto. The sandwiches are always great. We have never gone and they were out of anything. The food deck is always clean. Breadis always there and so fresh. Restaurant is also very clean. We used to go to the one closest to our house on 50th and Quakerbut they are always out of bread or meat and their cleanliness isn't up to par. 98th and Slide is our location from now on. Why even offer mobile ordering if it isn?t started by the time it?s supposed to be done? I walked out with the order 27 minutes... after it was ?complete.? Two people working, the icing on the cake that one ?wasn?t feeling well.? Unacceptable. Read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered three sandwiches from the mobile app. After picking them up and getting home I discovered 2... of them were wrong. Decided to give them another chance and ordered from the mobile app last night? except this time I checkedmy order before leaving the store. Once again, both sandwiches were totally wrong. One was supposed to have steak and it hadchicken on it?!! When I brought it to their attention asking for a new sandwich, the employee asked me if I wanted a foot longsteak on wheat (it was a sandwich that had already been made and it wasn?t the way I ordered) ?.. no , I want the sandwichexactly the way I ordered it. Why is that such a hard thing to do?! We definitely won?t be coming back to this store, it?s veryclear they don?t care. Read more
