Not the best Starbucks in Lubbock. The one off of 50th and Indiana is hands down the best. Drive the extra 15 minutes and get... yourself an overpriced coffee that?s crafted to perfection. Read more
They're pricey but high quality, and you can taste it in their food. My only problem with Starbucks is they didn't say they... didn't have something until I was there asking for my order. The staff were very nice and helpful though, and recommended one oftheir other sandwiches (I went to an expensive coffee shop for lunch I know ????). Their little lunch boxes are delicious too,but the dried fruit wasn't completely dried which is really my only complaint. The drink (strawberry acai) was delicious and hadfresh strawberries in it. Only thing about the substitute for my sandwich (which came out in 3 minutes very hot and fresh) wasthat the cheese was melted all over the bread and the ham was dripping juices (still debating on whether or not it was a badthing ????). Let me just say.. This location has been very good to me.. However, for the first time my coffee just did not look right. Looked... like if I had more creamer than coffee or expresso. I let the window girl know.. Without hesitation she offered just to make mea new one.. but I hate to waste.. just asked her for another shot of expresso.. She was very sweet really just wanted to make mea whole new one.. But it's her customer service that did it for me.. Mari was her name I believe. Let me just say good customerservice is hard to come by lately. She deserves a raise for sure. Read more
Super friendly staff. They combined all my gift cards into one which is convenient. Great coffee and tea of course.
Drinks we're awesome, baristas just not that friendly!!!
