Great coffee but they didn't put whipped cream in my latti and they do like 3/4 a cup and not fill it up like there supposed to
Joyfully greated by 1 employee who was stocking shelves which is so out of the ordinary for a starbucks employee that it was... shocking! The norm is to get employees who are generally annoyed that you are there. So, what a treat! Also, zero employeeswere wearing masks which is so nice. Love seeing healthy faces! Still no cream or coffee fixings for the customer which makesno sense so I had to ask for a separate cup of cream. Read more

Great location, with a stoplight to get in and out in a busy Milwaukee Rd area. The staff is quick and accurate. I always order... and pay on the Starbucks App and my coffee is ready and waiting when I come in the store to pick it up a few minutes later. Read more

This Starbucks location is central to most of Lubbock, north of the Marsha Sharp (Brownfield Hwy) intersection on Milwaukee Ave... in Canyon West. Avoid the busy drive through by ordering on the mobile app and picking up inside. My only complaint is howsmall this location is inside! Like the size of a matchbox, but not as cold as other Starbucks. Read more
