I love sonic so I?m pretty disappointed by this experience. I went to this location and used the app to pick up my order but... they forgot to give me the sauce that comes with my meal. I ordered French toast sticks and mozzarella sticks so it?s kind ofdependent on the sauce. And I would have let that slide if I hadn?t just woke up nauseous in the middle of the night only tothrow it all up. Okay, okay everyone loves sonic. But this past month I loved them even more. Not sure what the deal was but they awarded me with... a free cheeseburger before the month of July. This sonic is not the best here. We asked for two burgers, mozzarella sticks, a chicken sandwich, and four drinks and four... fries. They missed a whole meal and said they didn't. They missed the chicken sandwich, a frie and a drink. This is why youshould always check before you give the money or at least before you leave. But to tell your customers they're wrong? That isthe most unprofessional thing you could do. We even had her check the bag and she rolled her eyes and told us to wait while theymake it. They were fast and made my cheese sticks fast, but the ice cream cones my friends got were odd in color and it tasted grainy.... They said the drinks were good though so there's another plus. The area was clean which was good as well. Read more
The Sonic in Kermit, TX is absulutly horrable. I ordered four 44OZ Cherry blue coconut Dr.peppers on one of the two working... stalls. The carhop brought them out told me one price. i gave her my card and she disappered inside after waiting over 10 min Igot out and knocked on the door and demanded my card. The carhop said they were not through running it. another 5 min lader shecame out and told me my card had been declined. so i paid with cash a different pice than what she was trying to run my card.
