Descent food but terrible management!!! Ordered 1/2 chicken after waiting approx. 10 mins was told it was a 7 min more wait.... Told management I would decide on turkey waited on management to refund my chicken and play with the scales telling me myturkey was over by 30 cents..owners really need to focus on customer satisfaction.. time from order to table over 20 minutes ..Turkey was cold after all this..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! Customer service was amazing! Gentleman that took our order on Dec 19, 2021..around noon was friendly. He was very helpful and... patient. It was my first time there and I'm a bit picky about BBQ. I like how you can get really any amount of the BBQ that you want, even though the board has the meats in 1/2 lb costs. The... turkey was really good, but the brisket was mediocre - kind of dry. I liked the Rudy's beans. Cole slaw was, eh... Drivethrough was crazy busy, but the indoor seating wasn't too bad on a Wednesday night even with the Texas Tech football coach'sshow being broadcast. We had a 4 person group and getting the order together at the counter took a bit longer than I would haveexpected. The team seemed a little disorganized.
