We ordered 2 fajitas nachos with no sour cream, my so watched them dump one plate in the trash with sour cream and tried to put... the new nachos on the same plate with sour cream. They made the second one with sour cream as well. They remade that one. Halfway through my plate, I noticed they under the top piece of meat, there's sour cream on my fajitas meat!! Read more
Rosas used to be great and I still go from time to time but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone way way down. Most... of the time most the tacos/burritos are just thrown together with absolutely no care. The cheese will be clumped in a ball onone side and the other condiments will be stuck together on the other side. I don't want to pay sit down restaurant prices whenI literally have to disassemble and reassemble menu items since the person assembling it didn't take 5-10 extra seconds to makesure the food was made properly. I love Rosa's but the price and quality are starting to push me away. Read more

Firstly, my food was never called. And when I asked, they just gave me a plate that was only half right. They gave me a salad... instead of a tostada. And when I pointed that out, they just said that it's what I ordered. I gave up and tried the food,chicken from the fajitas tasted like it was bulk cooked from those cheap, pre-seasoned HEB bags.
