I have 100?s of visits here at one point i use to just eat here i no longer will go to this location. I only complained this... once and Buddy made me a tiny burrito the size of my hand with it being extra steak. I asked if he could atleast add more riceor something with their being barely anything he snatched my order reciept i just tried to explain my reasoning nicely and helooked at me annoyed and then closed the window then went to make it then went to complain to the manager making it obvious asthey laughed. While the food tasted good going in.. it was another story after it started to digest. Hubs is currently vomiting it up and has... been sick almost all day. He had the quesadilla with ground beef. So I ordered from their app and received everything wrong at the window. I was able to call & get everything squared away thanks... to Ryan. He handled it quick and I?m happy to keep going back. Your food experience at Qdoba has being upgraded!!! New salsas and creams, new smokey pinto beans flavor profile, visibility... improved overall experience at the stores. All that for the same budget friendly cost!!! Fast, healthy, affordable, tones ofcombinations and plant based friendly options to choose from. Sorry no pictures, could not pause to take a picture had to eatthis right away. Had a vegan bowl, with two new sauces It was unbelievable. Highly recommend and will be back to the newlocation. Wow .. I dined in at this location on 124th & Indiana during a Tuesday evening (about 7:30 p.m. to be exact) we had a wonderful dining... experience here. The staff was phenomenal!! We received outstanding service with a smile, and all the staff members were verypersonable/helpful/polite; the type of service you would normally receive at an upscale restaurant from a waiter/waitressworking for a tip (this entire evening staff sure deserved a tip that's for sure.) We had a build your own bowl, a quesadilla,and a brownie all of which were very tasty and fresh!! Upon finishing our meal we noticed the nice young man who checked us outwent to wipe down the drink machine, made sure the lobby was clean, and cleaned the tables that needed to be cleaned. Overallthis was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time here in Lubbock for a quick bite. It's refreshing to seepeople enjoy their job and not have a " I'm just here for a paycheck" type of attitude. Keep up the fantastic job here, and wewill definitely keep coming back ???? Read more
