Always so sweet and the pretzels are delicious! As far as the people complaining about the prices.... everything cost more... these days so.....don't leave a bad review for just that reason. It's not the employees fault. Read more
I have been coming here for years. A bit pricey but these are the best pretzels in town by far. Always friendly and tasty!
I wanted to order some little pretzel bites and was told to leave the store because I did not have a mask. I explained to the... attendant than I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask and I can't have my breathing zone obstructed due tohealth issues that I received while in the military. I then explained that the Americans disability act prevented fromdiscrimination and that they had to make a reasonable accommodation for me to order my snack and I was told to leave the store.This is the type of franchise that does not care about people with disability or the military. Great food!! The establishment provides carryout service. When you arrive at the facility you recognize they are two lines:... one is to place orders and the other is to pick up orders. Posted signs are provided to choose the proper lane. If you happento stand in the pick up lane you are redirected to stand in the ordering lane. Also a Veterans/Seniors discount is offered butemployees have no clue how to apply the discount at the register. During my transaction the employee at the register claimedthey had no such discount offer. But five days prior a discount was provided. Management must ensure proper training andenforcement of the services offered. This process will ensure making this establishment a successfull one. In my priorexperiences at this establishment if the owner/Manager were not at the facility some of the items on the menu were not madeavailable (pretzel cheese bites/pretzel pizza bites). If my Granddaughter did not enjoy the pretzel bites so much I wouldchoose another establishment. Read more

I went there today and ordered a pretzel sandwich thing with cheese and pepperoni inside it. The lady was very sweet and told me... it would take 8 minutes. So I gladly waited for it. Halfway through eating it I noticed IT WAS RAW INSIDE. So raw I literallyrolled it into a ball. I took pictures of it as well. I didn't want to make a big deal about it since I did already ate half ofraw dough without even knowing and the lady was nice. But if I get sick I swear I'm going to sue this place. Read more
