First time actually going here and it was for someone else. Placed the order over the phone and the women I spoke to did not... seem to care all for my order. Didn?t ask me my name, didn?t make sure she had it right, or tell me when it would be ready. Iget there and just immediately felt unwelcomed. Employees were unhygienic and apathetic, did not seem like they wanted to bethere. I told the young man at the register that I had a pick up and he asked for my name and I told him that they didn?t ask mefor mine. So they find my order and I have no reassurance if its actually order if they have no idea who i am, which isgreat. Finally, i pay and the young man at the register does not ring me up for the other sandwich and chips i ordered over thephone. Shame. Tried Potbelly?s for the first time today and I?m so disappointed!! Paid almost $60 for two of the blandest sandwiches I?ve ever... wasted money on. Ordered mine with light onion and extra tomatoes and they confused those two, gave me a ridiculous amount ofonion and three of the thinnest slices of tomato for a large sub. Mine was a chicken club with double the meat and bacon and itdoesn?t matter how much you put on it when there?s no flavoring to any of the meats. Ordered an Italian sub for my husband andwhile his wasn?t quite as bland as mine, it still lacked flavoring. Firehouse Subs is 1000% better. Please don?t waste yourmoney here. Read more
