It was upsetting visit. We ordered the Family meal and they purposely did give us the complete meal. We live a 100 miles away... and we got about 15 miles out of town before we noticed.We realized after we left that we didnt get our 5 rolls. That's ourfavorite out of the meal. We went back and they said they didnt have any so they gave us one tender to make up for no biscuits.Which was a lie. It would have been nice if they would at least let us know before we left. Absolutely terrible found a feathers in our chicken my wife almost ate sure it's chicken but never have I seen any feathers in... somebody's chicken then the manager wants to say that's how they serve all their chicken. Na your chicken is to be plucked andextra fat cut before served. Even your other locations agreed that this is not how you are supposed to serve your chicken willand to argue and snatch things out of our hands and for the rest of the staff giving us attitude and arguing. Would give this place a 0 if I could. I found two long curly hairs in my founder sandwich! Like cmon wear some hair nets. They... made us wait more than 10 min. They ?didn?t know if they had gravy? and said they may have gravy in the back but didn?t botherto check. They gave us regular chicken strips when we asked for spicy. Long wait at counter, manager rude and busy, had issue with changing combo drink to lemonade, (just wanted to pay price... difference).
