Came here with a couple of my work colleagues for our lunch break. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular... chicken sandwich breast with the spicy sauce. The chicken was lukewarm and dry like it had been sitting under the hot lap allday. My colleagues ordered chicken tenders and mix baskets both were dry and their biscuits were burnt. All 3 of us got sickafterwards what made it a difficult day of work. The only one that didn't get sick was the one that didn't order food. This location is an absolute train wreck the staff claimed to be short staffed while running around incoherently getting very... little done. The person at the inside register called out for more biscuits to be made after taking each order. While there weretrays of fresh biscuits stacking up behind her in three spots. Then she would put together an order for a customer and walk thetray to the customers table while leaving a huge line of customers ready to order. You can probably call the person's name andlet them come get their food at the counter like other fast food chains do. Read more
Where do I begin... First I sit at the speaker to order. They take so long I think it's broken. I order 3 spicy tenders, fries,... medium drink, with ranch dipping sauce & a 3 piece dark spicy, fries, small drink no ice. We get to the window, she repeats myorder and I have to correct her. She makes the corrects on her register & hands me drinks I hand her my card. Both drinks arelarge. I wait for her to turn around tell her my drink size wrong. She takes my drink, gives me a smaller size, then tells theamount again. I tell she has my card, she tells me no. We go back and forth, all the while she is telling another employee, "Idon't have it. She didn't give it to me." Finally, she calls my name. She found my card!! Now I get my order, my tenders are notspicy, no dipping and my chicken is so small it looks a kids toy. Advise to the manager. Do not create a bad experience for your customers. That said. Being scolded for not using the intercom... and driving up to the window when I am the ONLY customer on the lot or in the restaurant just downright put me in a bad mood,hence, this advisement. Us that drive deiseal trucks tend to do this because of the loud engine noise. So Usually I am asked todrive up to place an order. A little common sense goes a long way. The current employees are trash, absolutely no hospitality or personality, Lazy, incompetent, rude and more than likely hate... their own lives, at least that's what they portray to customers. I will never go to this location again I suggest you stay faraway from this location at least the biscuits are good.... To use as a hockey puck.... Extremely old, hard as rock biscuits andlukewarm chicken tenders combined with the horrible attitude lack of any joy in their lives adds to an experience I would rathernot have again. Hell I'd rather experience walking on molten lava than experiencing this Popeyes location. Read more
This place is a train wreck! On 4/11/22 I simply ordered 5 individual pieces of spicy chicken. After waiting almost 20 mins,... they handed me a bag with a box of 5 chicken strips and a pint of Mac&Cheese. I went inside to contest the orders and they gaveme what looked like three kids meals with 3 biscuits and thank god there was 5 pieces of chicken, but within three boxes?!?!?! All of that would have fit in one box! I have no idea what they are paying them to work there but I assure you, I would beworth $20-$25 an hour!! The stars are for the food, because I do think the quality is there with a lot of their food. However, I am VERY disappointed... with what $8 gets you with their shrimp combo. (See photo). Usually we will get at LEAST twice as many shrimp as we did thistime. $18 for two of these? No thanks. Will not be going back since the portion sizes are for toddlers. Read more
I was in on Oct 27 and ordered like $60 worth of food online. I get home and am missing food. Call the store and the manager on... call said he wrote my name down. Well I go in there tonight and order food with my sister and the girl on drive-thru says shedon't see my name in the book. Okay cool. We get home with dinner for the kids. Smh and we missing 3 pieces of chicken. How thehell they get a 9 piece family meal outta 12 is beside me. The phone was busy for 15 mind while we called so we went back upthere and they gave us our food. Smh... I'm beyond done with this location. I will definitely start driving to the other onefrom now on. That place just ain't it for me. Read more
