Went through drive thru and kindly asked the young gentleman to please make sure my gravy was in there since the last couple of... times they had NOT included my gravy and he acknowledged that he would.I went on my way and when I sat down to eat...there wasNO gravy! Look at this 6 piece tender I ordered and tell me I didn?t get played. They also forgot the ranch.
I ordered around 30 $ of food through door dash . And they forgot my mash potatoes and not only did they forget that they only... filled up the large macaroni half way. Last night I ordered food from this location and they forgot to give my mashed potatoes. I called back and the lady on the phone... did not resolve. Was not willing to provide a refund or provide the mashed potatoes, instead said I would have to come backtomorrow. I ordered the food at night so I could eat it at night. The lady ended up hanging up. Name on receipt was Zay, and shegave a lot of attitude and hung up. Very poor quality service and lack of cooperation, I?ll have call corporate in the morninginstead.
