My boyfriend and I placed our order at 11:07 while heading to your location because we were aware that it would close in an... hour. Once I went in the two employees walked to the back. One came back up to turn off a fryer and proceeded back to the backof the building. I sent my boyfriend in and they proceeded to do the same thing. He has been in the a while along with two othercustomers and not one employee has come to the front counter. The prices advertised on the internet were not honored at this location. The order taker was less than professional and so was... the manager. We were simply asking questions and got very rude and disrespectful responses and they were very unprofessional. Ilove Pizza Hut but I went with a different place due to the rudeness of their store. We ordered an 18 piece wings when they were delivered only had 15. Called the store and the guy was very rude. Said he would... give me credit because he had no drivers to deliver right now. I let him know we would like the wings delivered tonight. Hesaid I am not dropping an 18 piece I will send out the 3 that were missing. They will get there when they get here. This is the second time that they have ruined my meal. I live exactly 1.3 miles from their location. I received a text saying... that my order was out for delivery, 45 minutes later it arrived cold and apparently flipped over to the point where the saucewas on the top side of the box. The pictures show how it arrived. The box appears to have been dropped and it's apparent bythe creases on top of the box and the seal tag was unsealed. I am Certain they will not apologize or do anything about it. Thelast time they had my order take forever to get to me they promised a free Pizza next time, well that never happened either. Isuppose I will take my business elsewhere since they don't give a Hoot about doing the Right thing! I've submitted pictures toprove my point. Read more
Ordered two large pizzas for delivery, this is what I got. I called and spoke to the manager who says she will remake them, but... I had to go pick them up. I was told 15 minutes, which I waited before leaving our hotel room, only to get there and they werebarely going into the oven. I waited for them, only to get back to the room (where I had left 6 teenagers) only to find thereplacements look the exact same! Yes I should have checked them before leaving again, but didn?t feel I needed to since themanager made them. Never have I gotten a pizza like this from any pizza place!
