This is not my usual Panera experience. The pickles were mushy, hard bread ends. The fruit was more for a toddler; diced mushy.... And I came for soup with my sandwiches, but it wasn?t available until after 10am . Read more
Let's start with the staff. They were amazingly friendly and helpful. Such a contrast to many restaurants these days. ... Razie made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start. My daughter and I split a roast beef sandwich and she also ordereda cup of pumpkin soup. The bread is amazing. The soup was sweet for my taste, but she really enjoyed it. Great experience. Read more
This food was terrible!! The green goddess salad tasted like I was eating dirt with pesticides and stems! My daughter's turkey... bacon avocado sandwich had 4 tiny bacon bits on it. I tried to order soup but they were out of the French baguette I asked ifthey could substitute it for a different bread and was told they could do chips. Idk who eats their soup with chips!! I paid42.00 for trash. Very disappointed. Panera use to be good. Read more
Coffee was lukewarm. We walked in and were ignored despite being the only customers. We placed our breakfast order on the kiosk.... That was complete unnecessary. Would have been nice to see a smile and be welcomed even if the employees directed us to thekiosk. I used to love this place but it has gone downhill sadly. Edited: The employee yelled our name instead of coming to thetable. No thank you at all. Then there was a roach on the floor as we were leaving. We won?t be back. Changing to 1 star. Thismakes me sad because the sandwich was good. Read more

Worst Panera experience thus far. Neither of our sandwiches were correct, even missing the original ingredients the sandwich... comes with. Didn?t receive a bagel we ordered so had to ask for that as well as the ingredients we were missing to be given tous on the side so we could add them to our sandwiches ourselves. The bagel itself was over baked and not soft. I?d be willingto guess it was not baked that day. I grew up on St. Louis Bread Company and the quality has definitely suffered as thefranchise has expanded. We spent $40 for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and a bagel and I would have had a better meal atSubway. Highly disappointed. Get better management and get it together or greatly reduce your prices or don?t and lose yourbusiness. Oh and the people sitting next to us had the same problem with their sandwiches not being right. Panera CEO, youmight want to do an Undercover Boss episode. Just sayin. Read more
