The customer service was quick, friendly, and patient as we have two kids. The waiter suggested appetizers (pan seared dumplings... was our fave) as it was our first time. The restaurant was clean and very interesting looking, it also has a bar area where youcan see all the bottles they have. Food was quick and hot, I forgot to take a pic of my meal but I got Changs spicy chicken andrice lunch bowl and it was tasty! We also ordered a California roll but didn’t enjoy that as much sadly. Great customer service. Charles was very attentive and accommodating. I have gluten allergies and he was able to help me... navigate through the menu. I got Singapore noodles and prawns in lobster sauce. They were both excellent. The noodles definitelywon though. The manager came over to make sure everything was good. I think that makes all the difference. It shows thatmanagement actually care about customer satisfaction. Read more
Always nice and friendly atmosphere. Staff is always on the job from hostess to waiter or waitress they have you in mind prompt... service through out your dining experience. I highly recommend for you and your significant other or the entire family you won'tbe disappointed. Read more
This was my first time coming to P.F. Chang’s and the Kung Pow Chicken is amazing. The Egg Rolls were wonderful and the Kung... Pow Dragon rolls were to die for. Sarah our server was Phenomenal she was very attentive never had to ask for anything. I willdefinitely be coming back. Read more

Food was very delicious and was served in perfect portions. I ordered the Crunchy Honey Chicken with Fried Rice (see photo). We... got lettuce wraps for an appetizer as the waitress recommended and ended the meal with a apple pie dessert. Unfortunately thisis where the good ends. Upon entering the restaurant we were seated without menus and told to scan a QR code to order. Aftertelling them 2 times that we didn't feel comfortable scaning a code they found a single menu for use to share with the table.While ordering I noticed the extremely dirty wall at our table. There was food and drink residue on the wall. This was at 4:30pmso I have to assume that it's been dirty all day. I also couldn't help but notice the dust and dirt all over the decor in therestaurant. For the price of the meal I would expect the restaurant to notice these cleaning details. I'm still confused why amenu isn't automatically offered (which can be reused) but a disposable chopstick set is (which is obviously single use). At theend of the meal we were not asked about P. F. Chang's loyalty program and the waitress did not want to give us credit. Sheeventually had the manager apply the credit (still not on my account but will update once it is.) There are alot of restaurantsin Lubbock, don't go out of your way to visit this one. Good food, but there are plenty of better option. Read more
Great service and I liked the music too. Starting with steamed pork dumplings, simply amazing. Beef broccoli was very nice the... flavor and tender meat with the sauce was perfectly balanced. Never thought broccoli could be delicious too. It came with friedrice which was lacking the flavor. Chicken pad Thai- combination of tofu and chicken was great. The best part of the chicken padThai was the noodles. They had delicious flavor. Our experience got better thanks to Maria-Renee. She served us with smile andgave good suggestions. Read more
We brought our son to celebrate his birthday and they sat us quickly with special golden place settings including golden... chopsticks. Our server was great and at the end our son got a special dessert with a card signed by the entire staff! Read more
