Horrible service that don't deserve one star. Ordered food for my daughter and her hamburger patty was charred. Called the... store and the manager on shift (Adrian) was very rude and hung up on me. Since it was near closing time, he refused to remake orgive a refund. He requested that I return to the store within a week to get it remade. I informed him that I did not live hereand is heading home before 6am. He still refused to accommodate. Read more
Did an online order waited 15 minutes for them to bring the food. Asked for no onions no cheese. Once I get home the burger is... plan and dry with cheese and onions! Spoke with David and say oh I gave you the wrong order I?m looking at yours and he wants meto drive all the way back to get a refund or replace the burger I live on the other side of town stopped there because I was atthe mall! Just stupid won?t be going back! And he hung up on me just rude and unprofessional! Could at least gave me credit orjust gave me the money back to the card on file. Read more
The breakfast was good, but the service was lacking. We waited while others got their orders first that came in after us.... Finally brought it to their attention and we finally got our order. The excuse was someone else got our order. Then the orderwas not correct...manager or the assistant manager didn't even apologize. This is the McDonald's across from the Mall on SlideRoad. I got there and ordered my food on the kiosk & me & my kids waited 45 min for our food. Everyone that came after me got their... food and when I asked them bout my order they acted like they never received my order. I was already frustrated since I orderedmy food & my kids & I didn't get it to eat it while it was hot and fresh. I had to ask for a bag to take it with us and had toeat it cold cause we had to go to a Dr appt and thought my kids could at least eat before, but instead we took it home and hadto eat it cold. The employees were cussing and some of them acted very unprofessional by their facial expressions after gettingmy food. I'm a manager in a fast food restaurant & that behavior is not tolerated. This location is a joke! Sure part of the crew is nice but some are so emotionless and kind of rude. I always say please and... thank you super nicely and I barely get a thank you back. But that's not what this is about, what the real issue is either theydon't listen, don't care or can't count! This is the second day in a row that I have ordered a McChicken with no mayo and addpickles extra pickles and I specify 5 pickles. Both times I've gotten one pickle! Sure that's not a huge deal however if acustomer asks for something a specific way then they should honor that within there means of course. It's not the fact thatthere was one pickle it was the fact that my order was wrong!! I'm going to stop going to this location! It's the closest to mywork and fast to get my food when I have only 30 minutes but if they can't get a simple request correct then I don't need tospend my money there.
