Hamburger meat was room temp and the catsup was soaking into the bun. I wondered if it had been made ahead of time to help them... get through the rush. Definitely not their best food, service was excellent (Walk in) Read more

There were no other patrons dining in when we entered the restaurant. No one greeted us and no one was at the front counter, so... we used the self-serve menu board. It instructed us to take a number and that a team member would bring our order to us. Thefront dining room was a little dirty (trash on the floor, crumbs on tables) and the back dining room had "wet floor" signs andthe mop bucket was out, but I didn't see anyone mopping during the visit. We sat in the front dining room and waited, howeverour food was not brought to us. A number was called (turned out to be our receipt number, not the table number we selected) so Iwent to the counter to get the food. There were no cups on the tray, so I waited until I could catch the attention of anemployee (the third person who made eye contact came to help. One of the first 2 was a manager.) I told the employee that wewere waiting at the table as instructed and she said "that's ok" (?) I got the drink cups and we filled our cups, after placinga row of napkins on the counter to soak up the spilled sodas that were there before us, then sat down to eat. Both of ourburgers were prepared incorrectly. My child approached the counter to ask for more ketchup and called "excuse me miss" severaltimes before he was helped, but one he was acknowledged the interaction was pleasant and polite. We were inside for 40 minutesand no one else spoke to us, and no employee came to the front dining room during that time. The staff seems to have a good, asthey were joking and laughing with each other and the manager. Several delivery drivers came to pick up orders and weregreeted, and as we left, a group of other customers came in and were greeted, still no one spoke to my child and I. Thisrestaurant also plays religious music. Read more

Placed a mobile order for curbside Pickup, get there and I?m told I have to go through the drive-thru. After waiting in line for... 15 minutes I?m told that I hadn?t paid for the order, even though my card was charged, and that I was paying full price insteadof the deal price through the app that brought me there in the first place. I asked if I could just come in and talk tosomebody, show them the charge and my order on their own app, but the manager just wouldn?t have it. I just left after realizingthis was all over pink paste. McDonalds of Lubbock is a bunch of adults struggling to do the work of teenagers. Read more

Horrible service... The manager on duty called my number, but was so uneducated I couldn't understand what he said. Not to... mention why would you give out table markers when you're too lazy to take an order out to a customer. I know you're a fast foodrestaurant, but have some pride in your job. I miss the days when customer service was a real thing. Read more

Only got my granddaughter a kids meal. The fries and nuggets were definitely freshly cooked. Her Dr pepper was in need of some... carbonation just a bit to much syrup only but here that happens and she had a 20oz Dr pepper already anyway so not a real issue.A slight issue is the fact that we asked for apple slices instead of the extra fries and got the fries like they didn'tcomprehend what was ordered in that area. A major issue is respect and friendly customer service I didn't pay for their rudeattitude nor are my granddaughter and I forcing them to work there. If they hate the job that much find another one and leavebut until that moment comes be polite. I know from experience it's not a dream job or fun but be grateful you have one. Read more
