I will not be returning here. The girl made too much of my ice cream and it did not fit in the cup so her coworker told her to... put the rest in another cup. She then charged me for the second cup of ice cream claiming she had to. There was no manager onduty for me to speak to. That?s just ridiculous. It?s not my fault she made too much. I wasn?t going to let her just waste therest of it and throw it away. Read more

Very disappointing I took my 90 year old mother with her Walker and her oxygen we stood inside the store for 15 minutes without... anyone acknowledging us there was only one worker in the front and she was trying to do a telephone order which she was havingdifficulty with Finally another employee came to the front there were 2 in the back and she was rushing around with a wafflecone and we asked if she could take our order and she said she pointed to the other girl and said oh she can do that when she'soff the phone She seemed to be a manager quite arrogant and dismissive of the customer's needs . (She is a thin blonde womanprobably related to the owners).So we left and went to J's creamery where we recieved excellent service and had very friendlystaff. Way too overpriced for quality of ice cream. Selection is cool and all but just doesn?t taste amazing for the price.

One of the best place to enjoy ice cream. Had a great experience. Really liked the flavors we tried; like chocolate, coffee,... vanilla, buttermilk with cone. Nice and clean place as well parking available. Read more

I haven't been here in a long time. Always loved coming here as a teenager. We went last night and there was a long line. We... waited for a solid 20 mins and never moved. It was around 9pm on Sat night and we were both tired, so we decided to grab someMenchies across the street. There were two workers who seemed very overwhelmed but were trying their best. They seemed to beswamped with door dash orders and were never able to help the customers in line. During the 20 minutes, I think only a singlecustomer was helped. Door dash seemed quick though - they always had those orders ready and the drivers never had to wait.Ordering with Door Dash seems to be the way to go for next time! Read more

The worst Marble slab ever, whoever runs this place should be embarrassed. The 14 year olds working were horsing around... scraping frost into the ice cream, then poorly mixed ingredients to about half a bowl then added just ice cream to the top toalmost fill the cup WITHOUT MIXING! After asking to mix it up they ignored the request so i told them to do it over or mix itproperly. The young girls ran to the back and left an older one to help us. Still did a half a?? job. Second time we have been here and been disappointed, came in to use our anniversary reward today but this location was almost... entirely out of ice cream and a lot of their toppings. So sadly no ice cream for us and not able to use our reward. 2 weeksprior we get to the location and off the car and in the establishment at 10:43pm but they said they could not serve us bc it wastheir closing time. Where is the management and why are these issues recurring. Lack of management skills ????. Read more

I walked in and saw no masks on the staff which was nice to finally see after all this COVID mess. But then it went downhill, I... stood in line for 40 minutes to get a single ice cream cone. There were only two girl employees who didn't have the muscle tomix the ice cream so every order took that much longer. On top of that, they worked with no sense of urgency and seemed to notcare that there was a line through the door. At one point both employees went in the back and disappeared for several minuteswhile there was 15 people in line to the door. Their ordering structure is messed up too. After standing in line for 25 minuteswaiting for a particular flavor, I saw them receive an online order and fill that order first. Because they did so, they ran outof one of the flavors I wanted and had been waiting almost half an hour for. I know it sounds petty, but trust me, when you wait40 minutes for an ice cream cone from two ladies who seem like they hate their job and have no sense of urgency you becomepretty observant. Used to love this place but I'm not going back anymore. Read more
