I like eating at Long John?s 4th street location, however they are always short handed and when we go through the drive through... we are told to go inside because apparently no one can answer the drive through speaker. I just saw a sign that they are nowclosing at 8 pm instead of 10pm . Either have a hiring job fair - offer incentives or shut that location down. Its aninconvenience to go inside if you?re in a hurry. Read more
Today was my third attempt to get food at this location through the drive thru. My 2 previous visits I sat and waited for... awhile and finally left. This visit I waited then finally drove to the window and waited some more. An employee finally openedthe window and informed me it was lobby only. There was no sign. Clearly the window wasn?t broken so there was no reason hecould not take my order. So once again I left with no food. I will not go back. How is this place still open? Read more

Terrible service. Ordered 2 piece fish with one extra piece of fish with hush puppies fries and cole slaw. Also ordered also... ordered 2 piece fish with extra piece of fish with hush puppies green beans and fries. Ordered 2 medium drinks. We received 2pieces of fish hush puppies and shrimp. No extra fish no coleslaw. Second order was 2 piece chicken fries hush puppies. No extrapiece of fish no green beans. I have never seen a place get any order so messed up. Very disapointed. Read more

It's really gone down hill since I was here last, 2 pieces of my fish was old and stale, the add a piece was fresh hush puppies... where cold and greasy, I think they pre make the meals and then let them sit until someone orders it then add what ever elsewas ordered to it, the difference was night and day between the 2 pieces of fish and the extra piece.
