Ordered 14pc dark had coupon for 17.99 and asked to make it the meal for 10 more. Staff was rude when asked to make it a meal.... When got home was missing 4 pcs of chicken and the two large sides were only half full. Last time going to this location wassecond time having trouble with a coupon. Read more

This restaurant is very unprepared and very rude people working there. They were filtering the fryer and had no chicken in the... warmer ready. Then they tried to tell me that they had no chicken ready for a 16 piece and that it would take 30-45 minutes forit to cook . They must of thought I was stupid. I was a manager at a chicken restaurant and let me tell you I would not havelazy people working the restaurant was filthy. Who ever owns this restaurant needs to reevaluate their workers. I won't be goingto this KFC again. Now I know why they only have 3 stars and the bad reviews! Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered the 12pc Tender Family Meal, with 6 "FREE" Cookies, and an extra Large Fries on the side -... Never received the extra Fries, the Cookies, the 6 Dipping Sauces that comes with the Family Meal, or the 6 Biscuits even. Mindyou I ordered through DoorDash, had to pay $11 in fees, and gave a $3.50 tip to the driver just to go down the street, all so Ican jump in my truck and have to go have them fix the order and get attitude. ALWAYS an issue at this location, I suggest goingto their other ones, as I too work for food delivery services and there's always complaints. Ridiculous! Read more
