The lady working the drive thru was not friendly and actually rude! Plus the got my order wrong and when asked at the window if... I could order something I forgot on a separate ticket I was told I would have to drive back around to place the order. Therewas no one else in line and it wasn't a peek time! Ordered $45 of food and both famous bowls has 4-5 small pieces of chicken. The drinks were medium when I asked for large and... didn?t even get the 3rd drink on the order. The chicken wasn?t available for an 8 piece so I agreed for half and half crispy andoriginal. At what point does management step in for this store? I asked for a receipt and was told that the receipt machinedoesn?t work. I gave this place a second chance and am very disappointed. I attempted to call the store but the phone line isbusy for every attempted call. Not to mention the store lights are completely off every night. Someone needs to fix this ASAP! Read more
Service was prompt. The person handling our food was not wearing gloves. On several occasions her fingers touched our food and... she liked her fi gets and cleaned them off on her shirt. I shop here on a regular basis and was not happy with the way shehandled my food today. Very disappointing. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Read more
Poor customer service. They were rude. I didn?t get two of the items of food I ordered. There was a hair in my famous bowl.
Until today it had been about two years since I last visited this location. Now I remember why. I pulled into the drive thru and... ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a 4 piece chicken tender meal. Simple right? Not a 20 piece dinner with sides, nothing toocomplicated. There were two cars in front of me in the line. So I order and pull up. After the two cars in front of me pay, thewindow guy makes them pull over into the adjacent parking spots. Surprise surprise, he does the same to me. I waited FIFTEENminutes for my food. The other two cars were still there waiting when I left. Now onto the food, the drinks had no ice and thefries were already cold. I get home and the chicken sandwich is so dry, you can't even eat it. We threw the whole meal away.That is the last time I eat kfc at ANY location. Their service, quality, and most importantly food continues to get worse witheach passing year. FIFTEEN minutes! For two small meals. To put it into context the day before I got the entire family food atRaising Canes down the street. Two big Caniac combos, 4 drinks, and 2 kids meals. There were at least 10 cars in the drive thruahead of me and it still took less than 10 minutes from the time I pulled into the line to the time I got my food. What happenedto you KFC? Stressed out by shopping so decided to pick up KFC. I have never seen fried chicken cooked this hard. The coleslaw is dry. We... ordered double mashed potatoes but got no gravy. Had to ask for the bucket of drinks when they gave us the order because itwasn't there and was included in the almost $60 meal. Mother in law held up her chicken leg and asked what it was. I told herfried chicken and she said no it's not, almost broke my fake teeth. I don't live in town so can't go back for gravy. 2nd KFC tolet me down. Read more
Went there tonight (5/9/2021) around 8:15PM, and was served the worst meal ever. The workers were too busy talking to each... other about kicking their cell phone off of the bed while they are sleeping rather than preparing food correctly. Everything Iordered was stale and got thrown away. I'm not sure if the biscuit was bitten off of by someone or what because it was servedto me just like the picture below. Don't go at 5pm because they are doing a "shift change." And they will not take your order because of this and it's a 15 minute... wait. Asked what I needed to do whether stay in the vehicle or pull around and the only answer I received was we will not takeyour order because of the shift change. Read more
