The lady working the drive thru was not friendly and actually rude! Plus the got my order wrong and when asked at the window if... I could order something I forgot on a separate ticket I was told I would have to drive back around to place the order. Therewas no one else in line and it wasn't a peek time! Ordered $45 of food and both famous bowls has 4-5 small pieces of chicken. The drinks were medium when I asked for large and... didn?t even get the 3rd drink on the order. The chicken wasn?t available for an 8 piece so I agreed for half and half crispy andoriginal. At what point does management step in for this store? I asked for a receipt and was told that the receipt machinedoesn?t work. I gave this place a second chance and am very disappointed. Service was prompt. The person handling our food was not wearing gloves. On several occasions her fingers touched our food and... she liked her fi gets and cleaned them off on her shirt. I shop here on a regular basis and was not happy with the way shehandled my food today. Very disappointing. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Read more
