75% of the time we visit this kfc location they either dont have chicken or bread. Last visit I waited over 30min for three... chicken sandwich, spent over $15 wich is normal. When we finally got our sandwiches they were very soggy. They just put athin slice of chicken inbetween two peices of bread with some sauce. Not the same $6 chicken sandwich we normally receive fromKFC. I hate to complain but this location definitely needs better management. Read more
If I can give this place 0 stars and still leave a review I would!! Awful location! Needs to be shut down, or better... management!! Everytime we go no chicken is ready always a 20-30 min wait, when I try and call to place an order they hang up onme. the store is filthy inside. The restrooms don?t have toilet paper! I?d be embarrassed to work there, idk how they are stillbeing able to bring money in to pay their employees! Read more
This place SUCKED. Ordered hot wing was told 12 minutes okay at least they will be fresh. Told to pull up 20 minutes later no... wings drive back around. I get oh here they come still have to wait another 5 minutes. No we're sorry ,no apology nothing. ThenI get home all drums all twelve of them drums. I've had not so great experiences here before but thought I would give them another chance but was quickly reminded why I hadn't... returned. It's 6pm so peak dinner time. When I order they tell me they only have dark meat cooked and it would be a 25 minutewait. So I say I'll wait. I pull up to the window and the kid tells me all their white meat chicken is frozen solid and theycan't cook it. Seriously you're a chicken restaurant. How can you not have chicken ready to go? I tell the kid to cancel myorder. I tried calling the restaurant to speak to a manager but of course no answer. Save your time and go elsewhere. Read more
I was very upset with the supervisor and staff. First we waited in line for 20min to order are food. Then we waited an extra 5... min at the intercom to order. I asked if they were understaffed they stated they were not and the fryer was taking a littlerlonger then expected so I did not say anything at all. I then paid for my food at 6:32pm and got my food delivered in theparking lot at 7:04 pm. I still did not say anything cause I understood. I then get my food and they had forgot about my drinksand then my daughters Mac and cheese and biscuits. I then walked inside to let them know they had forgot a few things. I thenget to my house and to find out I had no corn or cheese in my famous bowl with literally 4 pieces of chicken. I then call toask for For a manager the manager Nick was not available. With that being said I then speak to a young lady and addressed theproblem. She then stated she was sorry and they have 3 different famous bowls that they give out and I had one of the famousbowls that does not come with cheese or corn. I honestly was never aware that KFC made ?3 different kinds of Famous Bowls?. Shethen giggled to someone in the back ground and I asked for her name she did not give me her name so I hung up and seen thereceipt that was in my bag and decided to fill out this survey in order to ensure I have no more problems going back to the KFClocated in Wolforth Texas. My daughter & boyfriend picked up food and drinks for us on their way home from school. They went through the drive-thru and was... helped by Destiny. Every time they added something to their order the response was "Is that it???" like she was beinginconvenienced. Once I put my straw in the cup I could tell something was in it besides just ice and drink. TWO very longplastic cup sleeves were still in the cup. Seriously? Whoever filled the cup did it on purpose or was incredibly stupid or wasflat out high while at work. I tried calling the restaurant but the phone has had a busy signal for over an hour. My daughterand her boyfriend went back with the drink. I told her they would not be taken seriously since they are teenagers...and I wascorrect. When they got there they asked for the manager. Sarah was the manager on duty and told them to wait a minute (she waseating). After she was shown what happened she ended up putting her hand in my daughter's face and yelled at her that it was anaccident and she was making her lose customers. She did not offer a refund but gave it after my daughter told her she deserved arefund. No one would take responsibility and Sarah walked away when she was asked for the franchise owner's contact info sayingit was on the receipt. Read more
Poor knowledgeable staff. I ordered no gravy and told the kid 3 times. And still got gravy. And my chicken looks pink.
What is going on here Obviously not a resturaunt Maybe drug or human trafficing someone needs to look at this sketchy place
