Terrible Delivery service. Ordered delivery twice both times ended up having to go pick up my order at the store. Workers can?t... find simple locations and send you on a scavenger hunt to find THEM! I wish the option to give 0 stars was given. I haven?t ordered from them often but I can say with confidence every experience... was disappointing. I placed an order at 10pm and the order was marked ?complete? by Insomnia Cookies but they never delivered myorder. I called and was told that it was an issue with Doordash but I had spoken to Doordash in initially and was told thatInsomnia does the delivery themselves. Again, this is not the first time I have had this experience with them. The staff arerude and unhelpful. They seemed irritated at me for calling and asking about my order that I paid too much for and neverreceived. The whole entire thing was very frustrating. I don?t understand how this has not been addressed because, lookingthrough other comments, it is clear that I am not the first to have had this type of poor service from them. Are they activelytrying to lose customers? If that?s their goal, I certainly hope they achieve it. At the rate they?re going, I don?t even knowhow they?re in business. Incredible. Read more
We got there an hour after they opened and were told that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before they were caught up on... baking and we could get cookies. They deliver so I placed a delivery order to our hotel that was canceled 15 minutes later. Nocookies for us :( Read more
Very disappointed. I came to town for graduation and this location was a disappointment. They were very late delivering my... order and when I called to inquire about my order the customer service could not get a hold of the store to find out anyinformation after 12 calls. Once it finally arrived, no apology was offered. They also failed to label the gluten freecookies so I couldn't even eat anything I ordered even though I paid extra for them to package the cookies separately. Only asmall partial refund was offered. Unacceptable. I have canceled my cookie magic account and will no longer be usingthem. Update.. the manager did try to call me once but his message mentioned the call center being the issue, however it washis location that failed to answer the phone after a dozen calls FROM the call center TO his location. He also offered toredeliver the order, but unless he owns the franchise where I live not sure how he plans to do so (or he ships them) since Iwas only in town for graduation like my post says. Apparently he didn't understand my post and issues with my order. I returnedhis call amd left a message with an employee but as expected he has not attempted to reach out again. Read more
My order yesterday was not right. The cookies were very hard and burnt to a crisp. I was told by the manager Tony that my order... would be taken care and redelivered today at 1:30pm. When I called and spoke to SAM (which needs better customer service) heattempted to tell me that the driver that is on duty will not get paid for their mistake that I already paid for yesterday. Samneeds to learn how to make his customers happy. Because without his customers he would have no JOB! Completely not happy aboutthe service that has been provided!
