Ok so we love Happy\'s. Who doesn\'t is the question, sure they might have some displeasing combinations, or say you don\'t like... a certain flavor, well the good news is that they have thousands of possibilities, so there\'s something for everyone. Mydaughter raves about Happy\'s, it is certainly a treat, I wouldn\'t recommend a daily thing, the amount of sugar issubstantial... so a few times a week or a wonderful spoiling treat is perfect.\n\nI need to try their coffee bubbles... soundsrisky but tasty!\n\nOne of our favorites. On a hot summer day nothing beats Happys frozen strawberry lemonade! Hands down the best in town. Even with the constant brain... freeze it I still catch myself coming back time after time and each I?m greeted by the friendly staff always happy to serve upsomething cool on these hot west Texas summer days. Both locations employees provide stellar customer service. I have experienced this service first hand, and I know it is because... these skills are consistently taught through employee training. My daughter has worked at both locations, and she loves her job.From owners to managers to new employees, the work atmosphere is as positive and uplifting as the service customers receive.Owners are willing to work shifts when needed which demonstrates genuine care for staff. This is where it?s at; taking care ofstaff so they can take care of customers! I saw this place on Instagram and I HAD to give it a try!\n\nI pulled up to the drive thru and it took like 15 minutes for the... first car to order. They were just sitting there. I don?t know if they were trying to figure out what they wanted or if thestaff was taking a while. Either way, this was annoying.\n\nEveryone was so friendly here! They asked me how my day was with asmile and it is good customer service like that that really makes or breaks a place! It made me happy to visit here.\n\nIgrabbed a 32oz Cotton Candy Cloud drink and I LOVE it! It was super sweet and full of cotton candy flavor! My boyfriend got alarge Sour Watermelon shaved ice and he really enjoy it and the pinwheel ontop! Super cute.\n\nI did find a really big piece ofplastic in my drink... the hard way. At first I thought it was ice, but when I bit into it, it didn?t break. This was incrediblyconcerning, as I could have swallowed this which isn?t too healthy.\n\nI?m still debating whether or not I?ll be back.
