Burger was awesome as usual. I love hand cut fries and no one does them better. Service was quick but the restaurant could have... been cleaned, and it wasn't that busy. We happened to be in Lubbock and had heard about Five Guys. Since it was lunch time we decided to give the place a try. We did... not order a hamburger, because we thought the prices did not warrant trying them. We ordered the small fries since they wereenough for three of us. We also ordered BLT's which seem to be the best value on the menu. The drinks are very pricey, so wejust got small ones. For two BLT's, two small drinks, and a small fries we paid a little over $25, after taxes. Would we eatthere again?: Maybe. Was it a good value?: No, not really. Read more
I got a cheeseburger meal with toppings, a little over $18. Now it?s quite a pricey burger, coming in alone at roughly $10. But... for that price, there?s no doubt that you get superior quality. The way that this is intended to work is pay more, but getbetter food and service. Now that being said, although it?s not all that healthy of an option, the food does taste pretty great.On good days, this location does manage to get food out pretty quickly compared to some other locations out there. There wasdefinitely a cashier that was too focused on texting to notice there was a line waiting on him, so that?s not a good look.Individual action does have a correlation with company image as a whole. As far as being worth it, well I?d say that?s hard tosay for sure. If you love burgers, I?d say this place is a nice occasional spot. But for the price, basically $20 for a singlemeal, there?s many other restaurants closeby that can get you more for less. Read more
Oh my goodness this burger restaurant is to die for. I love how fresh, juicy yet almost melts in your mouth soft their burgers... are. The fries are perfectly cooked (perfect texture) they aren't burnt, hard, under cooked the fries are perfection. Niceselection of drink varieties. The shakes are delicious. The service is fast and accurate. The employees are very friendly andpolite (nice). Never once have I eaten here was the dinning area, patio area, restrooms, drink area or food preparation areanasty-messy or unclean. They keep this place very clean. The music playing inside is always a nice delight as well great rangeof generation variety and choice in music. For burgers this is my absolute favorite place. Read more
My cheese burger was so very delicious! The person who took my order was very sweet and even praised my choice of added pickkes... because that is how they eat their burgers. They were very personable and service was quick. Our burgets and fries were SO.DANG.GOOD! McKinley was adorable. I had just had my final chemo session and my burger was to celebrate. Good burgers made to order with your choice of toppings. Generous portions of hand cut fries. Beware if you have a peanut... allergy!! They have several large open boxes on the counter for you to munch on while waiting for your meal. Friendly staff andfairly quick service. Read more
