I normally love Firehouse, but was very frustrated and upset when I went today. I ordered a small Engineer, and they only put... lettuce, tomato, and onions on my sandwich - I even went back to check my order to see if I somehow managed to say I didn?t wantturkey or mushrooms. I didn?t. It was such a sad, overpriced sandwich and a total waste of money. I don?t see how such animportant part of a sandwich is somehow forgotten? I would?ve gone back to fix it, but I was only off for lunch for 30 minutesand had to go back to work. It?s really upsetting when you?re hungry and ready to eat. Read more

Its a blah sandwich, nothing special. Seemed a little expensive for what you get. Also the meat was steamed so its very... watery. Maybe that's what some people like, but I expected better for a big chain. Not sure how they got so big with asandwich like that. Read more

The sandwiches are good, but the prices are very high. You could pay the same price for 3 plates of Mexican food, or 3 footlong... subs at subway for what we paid for 1 footlong and 1 medium sub!!! Very nice and clean. We ordered our sandwiches for curbside 30 minutes out for a specific time and they were ready! The smalls... are much smaller than I thought they'd be, they are definitely kid size (maybe 3"). I would order a medium if you want a 9"ishsub. The bathrooms were clean. Read more

Firehouse subs...always good food, a ton of options and supporting firefightets. You are always greeted when you come in the... door and thanked when you leave. Staff is always friendly and provides quick service. Great place to go for for a greatsandwich or salad. Read more
