My favorite is their frozen coffee and I I go and they tell me that they don't have the machine to do the frozen coffee at that... particular place she never said that they don't do them anymore I waste my gas going all the way to another one and was informedthat they no longer do frozen coffee I have no idea why they couldn't have just told me at the first one that they quit servingfrozen coffee that is my favorite thing from there and I no longer get it. Was a manager or shift manager of 3 different BR stores over my high school career many moons ago ????. Went to go get some... daiquiri ice treats, 30 min before closing. We were the only customers in the store. Staff was performing shutdown tasks asexpected. Cakes were stocked, as were most other items. Young man offered a sample of a new unnamed pumpkin flavor that wasactually quite good but extremely rich flavored. A pleasant and typical BR experience. Read more

This location is not the best. They always seem extremely under staffed and very rude and rushed. Drinks are always under... filled. This is before even leaving the drive thru. The person working the window even took a double glance and didn?t fix it.Worth your time to drive to a different location. Read more

I do not know why the drive through is backed up and the inside has waiting customers. I can count 5 employees working and they... are moving at a good pace. Just be ready to wait on your order when you visit this place. Oh, and the survey did not work forme, the information off of the receipt is not correct when taking survey online. Read more

I placed a mobile order today & had possibly the worse customer service experience ever. I pulled up to the store where the line... was wrapped around the building so I thought about just going inside to avoid my drinks becoming cold. The door to the lobby waslocked and there was no note as to why they were locked. So I hopped back in line and waited 25 minutes. When I got to thewindow the lady only gave me 2/3 of my drinks when I mentioned something to her she went and grabbed a receipt and put it in myface to "prove" I had only ordered 2. Whether it was my error or an app error the solution shouldn't have been putting a receiptso far into my face that half her arm was in my suv. I would've been more than happy to pay for the additional drink and pullaround to the front to grab it but that wasn't even offered. Read more

This location has the worst customer service! They always make you feel like your a burden. Literally 3 cars in line including... ours, and guy who served us basically shoved our food & drinks out the window. This was the second time I?ve tried them out.First time they gave me bacon they warmed up in the microwave still on the paper tray. Read more
