We have to give a huge shout out to the best churches chicken location in Lubbock TX!!!! We live way way way out in the country... and the churches on 50th and Q has really gone down hill so we always have to drive to the churches @905 Ave Q! It?s almostclosing time and these awesome employees still gave us the best treatment and fresh food!!! We can?t thank y?all enough for theoutstanding customer service and friendliness!!!! Y?all are Rock Stars!!! And that goes for the whole staff at this location!They never ever turn us away and always give us the best experience!!!! Way to go!!!! Read more
Great place for fried chicken! Kinda BFC Bangladesh flavour. Loved it!
Arrived in the dining area on 5/24/22 at approximately 7:25 pm. Male employee waited on me. Out of spicy chicken, honey and... apple pie. I wanted spicy chicken but I could see the employee did not want to start cooking. I don?t want anyone unhappycooking my food. I ordered 3 thighs Mac n cheese and corn. Before leaving I ask my server why the were out of product? Of coursehe blamed it on Covid. I said ?Screw Covid? I?m sick and tired of everyone blaming poor customer service on Covid. If you?reopen you should have Spicy Chicken. He then threw my receipt on the counter and asked me to leave. When I got to my Hotel roomthere was no Mac n Cheese or Corn. I tried calling the phone number 9 times that was printed on the receipt. No answer. If I wasable I would rate this place 0 stars. Kitchen and Dining area also unkempt. DO NOT GO HERE! Drive-thru speaker didn?t work, the lady at the window didn?t know the menu, but it was right above her head. I was the only... person there and it took 20 minutes. This place doesn?t have spicy chicken, so don?t order it even tho it?s on the menu. Godawful service. And the picture is the half full gravy they gave us.
