It took 30 min. to get in and out with only 3 customers before me. The chicken didn't even taste like ????. The corn on the cob... was tough. The only items we enjoyed were our drinks and biscuits. They only had 3 staff working. Read more

Failed to meet customer expectations?a 22-minute wait for a family meal. I went inside to find a disorganized and unprofessional... group of women using foul language as they complained about having customers. It was a late night and it was about 4 minutes til closing and we drove up to the window just to see if they were closed... already...the lady was very polite and was happy to let us order anyway we got out chicken and okra with no mad face and we wereeven told to have a good night...that's whats up churches on 19th Street next to O'Reilly's is the place to go for fastfriendly service all day til they close drive thru today or tonight...just make sure it's before 10pm Read more

I'm so irritated with this place... I used to be able to walk in and grab the Wednesday $7.99 8PC special, no problem. ... However, they've pulled the same stunt as with the one on 50th and Q and barred off the dining room without as much as a note onthe door. I had to get an Uber to help me order...and even then, we had to wait over twelve minutes to get my food. I thinkthat's the last time I come here... Read more

Things have been rough across the board so I thought I would treat my little family to a little extra before school started. But... I'm left feeling more down when the whole situation was supposed to be celebratory. The microphone was left on as orders weretaken inside and at the window and everything was coming through the speaker. I've had over 35 minute wait now and I was theonly person in a row of seven that was not offered a beverage for having to wait. grand scheme of things doesn't really matterbut the customer service should be equal across the board it should not be discriminatory towards anybody. When spending dollarsare getting more and more scarce being treated like this ensures that I will not be spending what little I do have at thisparticular establishment. It's a real shame too because this is been a near and dear place in my family since I was a kid. Read more

Manager at This location was hanging out with a friend in the parking lot and decided to leave and locked us ( myself, mom,... 3kids and my husband) in the restaurant with 3 of her employees. When we asked to be let out we were strictly told by employeesmultiple times we are unable to leave until she (manager) gets back. she has the only key. We asked them to Let us leavethrough the back door, they said no because we don't work there. It's a fire hazard that she (manager) would think that it'sokay to be held against our will and lock doors to operating restaurant during open hours. To leave with a friend that she washanging out with in the parking lot. Manager came back looking lethargic and glassed eyed. Read more

LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!! I did not feel rushed like I did at the other location the young lady taking my order was really... patient and understanding!! The gentleman working your drive thru window was so sweet and he gave us silverware and plates andnapkins before I could even asked and it just made me so happy to be helped correctly.!!!
