A chicken place where you have to wait 20 plus minutes to get your order. How do you not have chicken down!!!
Their menu on the board is confusing in drive thru. They are extremely slow it's No Chicken "Express" there wasn't even that... many customers. They never offer dipping sauce not everyone wants to dip in gravy. It's weird that the breading is not goldenbrown it's very light. The prices are higher than a person would expect. Okay food, but what turns me off is they ask you if you want biscuits or rolls. I say half n half. The lady says they can't do... that. Only rolls OR biscuits. What I wonder is, if I'm getting four biscuits, or four rolls, and they're both on the shelf, andthe price doesn't change, then why can't I have two rolls and two biscuits? Not a fan of their business or customer servicemodel. My gut said drive away at the time. I won't be back. STILL doesn't make sense. Read more
I wouldn?t be here but it?s the night before my sons first day of school and when your biscuits suck you can look past it but... when your 7 year old tells you that his coke taste like dog food you look then see stuff floating in his coke. I have been eating here for years here in Lubbock and Seymour. It's ALWAYS been great...until tonight. Maybe it's the "pandemic"... (seems like everybody says that now) or possibly the horrible inflation but my food was bad. Small portions, tiny strips thatwere dry and seriously the size of french fries. The chicken strip meat looked like it was dark meat. I tried to call severaltimes but nobody answered. Maybe they can't hire enough staff since nobody wants to work anymore. Anyways, very disappointed. Irefuse to let this become the new normal in this country. Come on guys, we can do better! Read more
Dinning room is still closed for no reason. Waited in line for 30 min before driving off because the line never even moved. This... place has gone down in service so much. Read more
