Kind male cashier but the female server was very unpleasant. I came back after noticing my order was messed up as I didn't get... any fries. This lady gave me a rude look when I asked for my fries and she barely apologized. Terrible customer service. Idecided to avoid this branch because I see other reviews saying the same thing. Order through drive up was wrong, went inside to get the right food and that?s when I noticed that the drinks and food that had... been returned by other guests had promptly sent to customers in drive through window. Food was set on the floor before beingcooked and or served, I asked for a refund and it was refused.. This was the worst service I have ever received by this companyand I will not go back again. I have photos of this experience and plan on posting them after they are seen by Texas Health &Safety gets to see them first. Highly recommend that continued customers ensure the food they purchase is fresh and correct infront of their own eyes for the safety of themselves and / or families. Read more

I get better service at McDonald's. Please make an effort to actually get my order right or at least don't make it so hard to... get help when you inevitably mess it up. I expect better from Chick-fil-A Read more

Service was terrible. The lady helping me didn't smile at all and was rude and gave me a dirty look when I asked for the sauce... that they forgot to give me in the first place. My fries were filled up half way and that's being generous. Overall sodisappointed. Update went again today and they still haven't changed lady was super rude and messed up my order and when I askedher to fix it she said she couldn't. Shot here to grab a quick meal while my son had a baseball tournament at Tech. Just like every other location and every other... time - the service is quick, people are overly friendly, order is accurate and food is hot and tasty. Utilized 2 stall drive-thru. Long line but went by quickly. It?s clear that quality and training at this organization is top notch. Always verywell done. Frequent visitor. Always an A! Excellent as always! Be prepared to wait in line! I've also noticed that the prices here are slightly higher than the restaurant, on top of sometimes... slow service since they get super busy for breakfast & lunch. Good ol chick fil a, the fastest growing restaurant franchise inthe States. Read more
