They really take the term "fast food" seriously, I mean they're pretty quick.

Don?t know what it is this year but it takes them so long to take orders. Some of the cashiers are doing 1 order while the... person next to them has done 3. I also came in one day while it was extremely busy and no one was there bagging the orders, thenall of a sudden one of the managers comes back from a break I assume and realizes this and tried to catch up. The service at this chick-fil-a was ridiculously slow and inaccurate. There were only 5 people in front of me and I waited for... 20 minutes. The service last year was phenomenal but this new staff has constantly messed up my orders and moves at the speed ofmolasses. Just had to put that out there. Read more
