I have NEVER had a problem with this location until now I understand they get busy around lunch time obviously but when people... who pulled in at the same time or after you come and go it?s one thing so when I go in to find out what?s wrong, I get excusesand an attitude stating the drinks aren?t working okay so then why are you selling drinks ??????????? to 30-40 minutes. Thissucks because I have only a short window for lunch and when driving takes up about 20 minutes to get back to my office out ofcity limits, and then having to wait for 30 it?s ridiculous, if someone orders curbside then SEND someone out to explain that.And since no one did I have to go in and get terrible customer service. I ordered a salad and asked for 2 extra salad dressings. When I got to the window I only had 2 in our bag. I asked for the... additional 2 dressings and a young lady said I only can have 2 per salad. I advised I would pay for the additional 2 dressings.She told me no, that that's not allowed. And told me to have a good day. I will not be back to this location again. Read more
This is the most consistent, friendly, quick and dependable fast food restaurant in the area. My order is 100% every time ,... foods always hot and the staff is engaging and friendly. The app is beyond easy to use and you get to use points that youaccumulate for delicious food. If you decide to get it delivered it will be there faster than door dash or UberEATS by far. Read more

Normally this place is really good. I?m unsure what happen. This morning, when I drove up to the speaker the young lady. Asked... me what my name was, I told the young lady my name she said wrong the first time. I corrected the young lady again, she said itwrong again.I tried to correct her again, she cut me off, and told me to go ahead with my order with an attitude. I never getthese kind of service from here. These definitely needs to be addressed. She was so rude to me I no longer wanted anything fromtheir. Read more
I don't know Tim Odom but I sure did look up the owner of Chick-fil-A on 4th and Frankford today and learned his name. What a... terrific location! It was just a curbside order today but the staff was busting it. The drive thru line was almost out to thestreet and I had to wait to get a curbside spot. The staff was completely over run but they delivered delicious hot food in ashort amount of time. The guy who brought my order to the truck was super friendly and polite!
