Zero stars if I could. High school kids with zero idea of what customer service is. Ordered via Grub Hub and 1/2 the order was... missing. Called the store and was disregarded and hung up on. Called back and explained the issue they said call back later.Went to the store and they said they stopped making fries already (three orders missing). At 7pm. In the mall. Then one of themsaid, "I just talked to the manager in the bathroom and he said there's nothing we can do." Gross. Clearly the owner caresnothing about this store to have children running it in the ground, and has no problem with employees having no customer serviceskills, to treat paying customers as we were. Bad service, I was the only customer and the person on register didn?t hear me correctly so I repeat my self and he didn?t seem... to happy about that so he finish?s our order and they made our whole order wrong. I didn?t check the food because I assumed theordered couldn?t be that complicated I simply asked for no pickles that was it and instead I was returned with rude customerservice and food I didn?t even order 40$ down the drain. This place has gone down hill it use to be good with the best servicesbut that?s how all places start out when they are new I have learned my lesson and will not be eating here again. Read more

Customer service sucks. Paid for a drink with my meal and was never given one. When I walked up to get my order the worker... calling out numbers said you never should have left the line. Made me get back in line to get a drink I already paid for.Another customer had the same thing happen to him and was told the same answer. What I don?t understand is when you have 5workers not one would apologize and offer to assist. All they did was stare like a dear in headlights. This is the second time we have came to enjoy our hard work money just to be treated with terrible customer service. The first... time we came they seems annoyed one of them even went to the back and just screamed. Today we came they literally see us come into order come from the back and looked at used annoyed walked back to the back making us wait for a good 10mins than came totake are order the whole time Manny worked the register and his customer service is terrible! If you do not like your job findanother bc there are people just trying to enjoy a meal after a long week or day of work the last thing they need is faces beingmade the whole time while the order is being made or taken! So I do deliveries all day. The last 2 times I picked up from this location, the employees REFUSED to give me the customers food... and made me wait in line to pick up already made food that was just sitting on the counter when they were literally juststanding there and could have handed it to me. This has happened twice. I will never eat here. The manager apologized but itsnot okay. I'll never eat here. What jerks. Read more
I tried their French fries and teriyaki chicken from their store at South Plain Mall. They are okay but not that delicious and... tasty as I expected. Their teriyaki chicken is bit salty. Their French fries are good. Price is reasonable. Read more
